We had an amazing time with our local coordinator, Analeh Patindol, in the Philippines and her three groups from Mandaue, Olango and Cordova in Cebu. What a change the kids had from the very beginning when they ran away as Analeh tried to take the first videos to the very end, when both groups made cards for each other. We discussed lots of topics from self-introductions, what the kids want to be when they grow up, local games and traditions, raising and planting mangrove trees, clean water and sustainable cities. The kids were sad to say goodbye, but goodbye's are never forever! We look forward to continuing our friendship.
