We had our first collaboration during our Indonesia x Japan program with Kiara from Cooking with Kiara who joined our class virtually to share her special way of making fruit kebabs with us and our friends in Indonesia. We used her session as a jumping off point to talk about food loss, local production/consumption and how we can help the environment with our partner group in Indonesia.
Kiara has made a bit impact on two groups in Kyushu, Japan and Indonesia!
